Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b jsem let\u011bla na ozdravn\u00fd pobyt do \u0158ecka v\u00a0d\u00e9lce 14 dn\u00ed, na kter\u00fd jsem se t\u011b\u0161ila jako mal\u00e1 holka, jeliko\u017e jsem nikdy p\u0159edt\u00edm u mo\u0159e nebyla. V\u00a0pl\u00e1nu bylo mnoho pohybov\u00fdch aktivit a t\u00fdmov\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsem j\u00e1 osobn\u011b m\u011bla r\u00e1da, i kdy\u017e to tak nemuselo vypadat.\tNicm\u00e9n\u011b abych se dostala k\u00a0tomu hlavn\u00edmu bodu. Sn\u00eddan\u011b byly formou \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00fdch stol\u016f, ale k\u00a0ob\u011bd\u016f a ve\u010de\u0159\u00edm byla v\u017edy a\u017e na p\u00e1r v\u00fdjimek ryba s\u00a0brambory, a j\u00e1 ryby nikdy nejedla, a nej\u00edm je ani dnes. Kv\u016fli tomu jsem se dom\u016f vr\u00e1tila zhruba o 15kg leh\u010d\u00ed, av\u0161ak dnes (v\u00a0dosp\u011blosti) u\u017e v\u00edm, \u017ee byla chyba, \u017ee jsem j\u00ed nejedla. Jednodu\u0161e m\u00edsto tuku m\u00e1m na b\u0159i\u0161e u\u017e takovou tu v\u00e1m mo\u017en\u00e1 dob\u0159e zn\u00e1mou vytahanou k\u016f\u017ei, kter\u00e9 se nikdy nezbav\u00ed.\tTak\u017ee si z\u00a0m\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu pros\u00edm vezm\u011bte ponau\u010den\u00ed, a pokud chcete hubnout, tak v\u00e1m j\u00e1 osobn\u011b doporu\u010duji za\u0159adit do sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku zdrav\u00e9 potraviny, a vyhnout se t\u011bm, na kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te alergii.
